Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Fast Formula per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Fast Formula's website

• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

All formula must be unopened and within expiration date guidelines (minimum 3 months remaining).

You certify that you are the legal owner of the formula you are selling.

Formula must be stored in appropriate conditions and free from damage or contamination.

We reserve the right to reject any formula that doesn't meet our quality standards.

Payments are processed within 24 hours of formula verification.

All payments are final once processed unless there's a verified error on our part.

Payment methods include PayPal, Venmo, and bank transfer.

Minimum payout threshold is $25.

We provide prepaid shipping labels for all accepted formula submissions.

You are responsible for proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Formula that doesn't meet our guidelines will be returned at your expense.

Lost or damaged packages during return shipping are not our responsibility.

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your data is used solely for processing transactions and improving our service.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time.

You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts.

You may not violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws.

You may not transmit worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

You may not infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

The information on this website is provided on an 'as is' basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information.

This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of data, profit, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
